Dan's company was the primary software development contractor on a custom .NET development effort that I had the opportunity to manage at a shared client. As a Project Manager, I depend greatly on the quality of the estimates and contributions of the team members assigned to my projects.

Dan was a common thread through the entire life cycle of our project. He was equally proficient at business analysis, requirement documentation, and development and was able to provide extremely conscientious, accurate estimates based on a breakdown of development categories.
